At ORA.IN, every piece is made to order with care and intention. Since each order enters production after it is placed, we request customers to review all details carefully before confirming their purchase.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, cancellations will not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges
As our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, or size selection.

If you receive a damaged item, defective piece, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution.

Refunds
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
